“Privacy is a human right.”

About NetxHack.com
Nice to meet you. I’ve been covering topics like VPNs, open source, and digital human rights in Korea for over 10 years, opposing online censorship. Many Koreans started using VPNs to circumvent censorship, and as the demand for VPNs grew, many malicious VPN services also emerged. This ultimately created a situation where people used a VPN to avoid censorship but ended up putting their privacy at even greater risk.
Hoping that there would be no more victims, I started writing about my experiences on my blog, sharing information to help people avoid dangerous apps and services and introducing safe and valuable ones. It’s been over 10 years, and I believe I’ve served as a good landmark for many people.
Why
Digital privacy is no longer an issue only for technical experts. While the world today accepts data and privacy protection as a fundamental human right and a social norm, it seems Korea will need significant time to join the ranks of developed nations in digital privacy. The pace of technological advancement is overwhelming legal systems and public understanding, and the boundaries of the law, in particular, remain stuck 20 to 30 years in the past.
Amidst the rapid spread of AI and IoT, personal information faces unprecedented global threats such as identity theft, surveillance, and financial fraud. Rather than waiting for a slow-moving state to protect us, we must protect ourselves with information and knowledge.
An individual’s private life must be respected and protected. This is common sense and a human right that should be given to everyone. In today’s digital age, our personal information and privacy are more threatened than ever. Our online footprints are tracked, personal data is collected, and even private domains are subject to surveillance.
It is with a small act of resistance against this that I started this Netxhack blog.
Privacy is a human right that can never be abandoned.
The right to privacy is a fundamental human right given to everyone, and it is a precious value that must be protected. We all have the right to live our lives freely and to have our private domains protected.
This blog is a space that raises a voice for that very right. We will inform others about the importance of privacy protection, uncover the reality of personal information infringement, and seek ways to protect individual rights. Furthermore, we aim to lead change so that we can move toward a better future, a South Korea where privacy is respected.
Please lend strength to my voice through sharing and comments. Let’s widely publicize the importance of privacy protection and fight together for individual rights. Each of our small actions can come together to change the world.
Greetings
Hello! I am an ordinary citizen you can find anywhere, writing in defense of privacy protection. I started using a VPN in 2012, began writing on Tistory around 2014, and then moved to a WordPress blog to write with greater freedom.
With so much of our lives taking place in the digital space these days, protecting personal information has become a necessity, not an option. When the Warning.or.kr page began an absurd form of censorship that restricted the actions of adults over the age of 20 in South Korea, I also began using a VPN, and for over 10 years now, I have been using it to protect my privacy online.
I am now going one step further, actively sharing security knowledge and information for the citizens of South Korea who are currently unaware, suffering harm, and whose freedom and privacy are not guaranteed within a regulatory fence. I strive to convey the importance of privacy protection to more people and share practical ways to securely protect personal information.
Technological advancement brings us convenience, but it also brings new threats. I live as an ordinary citizen raising my voice to counter these threats and protect the precious right to privacy for all of us.
Mission: The Watchful Analyst
In the digital age, privacy is a concern that requires constant vigilance because social infrastructure has failed to keep pace with technology. I aim to neutrally and objectively evaluate and report on the contradictions and loopholes in personal information protection laws by governments and corporations, especially when technological advancements infringe upon or threaten individual rights.
My blog is intended not just as a source of information, but also to help readers like me, who lack specialized knowledge, recognize their rights, gain practical control in the technological environment, and grow together. My small goal is to empower readers by breaking down complex concepts into simple language that an average person can understand and by providing practical and clear guidelines.
My activities are founded upon the basic principles of individual liberty, freedom of expression, and privacy. As an analyst who adheres to these principles, I strive to provide trustworthy information through in-depth research and meticulous analysis, ensuring that everyone living in the digital age can protect their dignity and rights.
How do I earn revenue?
The main content of Netxhack is VPNs, which were the start of this blog. Through comparison reviews, I help visitors make smart choices and, at the same time, join using the cheapest method to get a benefit, and I earn a commission from the user’s choice. This money is then used to create more content to share with you—that is the structure.
The content of the rankings and reviews is not influenced by companies, and all operating costs are solely determined by your choices.
Blog Principles
- I am not affiliated with any specific company, and the content is strictly based on my personal use and experience.
- I personally use and review all services and software.
- The content of reviews or the recommendation and ranking of products/services will never change based on external demands.
- I do not include affiliate links for products from companies that are not competitive.
- I communicate with visitors and incorporate their opinions into my reviews.
- I ensure that your benefit is also my benefit.

While I am not a great expert, I will do my best to answer based on what I know.
